I've done a general fandom: transformers tag, will that be okay or would a specific fandom: transformers g1 work better for you? I'm not up on all the various versions of the fandom, so I don't know how much they differ from each other.

General fandom tag should work fine. If anyone else writes Transformers fanfic it's likely that they'll specify the piece of the transformers universe that it comes from, like I did on mine. Otherwise you'd probably have like at least five different transformers tags lol.

Like I've got with some other fandoms o_O

There might come a time when I have to combine tags for certain fandoms, Final Fantasy for instance, because communities have a tag limit, but that's still a long way off.
