I'm getting around to changing over to a single amnesty tag so just use the challenge: amnesty one, soon (that is when I get around to combining them all), that will be the only one.

I'll look into the other tag you pointed out in a minute. Thanks!

Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out how to merge tags here. I screwed it up on livejournal *rolls eyes*

I've done your fandom tag and tagged your entry, and I've fixed the faulty tag. No idea how that happened. I copy and paste from a list in a text document, and the tag there has a colon. Ah well, it's fixed now. =)

Select all the "challenge: amnesty XX" tags. (Might need to include the one without numbers, might not.) Type what you want those tags to all change to, here "challenge: amnesty", into the box next to the "Merge selected tags" button. Click that button. 🙂

Yeah, that's how I thought it worked, but it's not letting me select more than a single tag so I have no idea what's going on there. Might have to try again when I'm not so tired so I can try to figure out just where I'm going wrong... I'm not very good with the technical stuff, lol!

Troubleshooting can absolutely wait till you are not tired, but: how are you trying to select multiple tags? Like, are you doing individual click or Ctrl-Click or Shift-Click or what? (Or the Mac equivalents.) On mobile it should come up as a ticky box list…

I was trying to tick them individually, which appears to be the wrong way to go about it... My laptop is old and cranky but I don't think that has anything to do with it.
